It all started with George's International Market, a grocery in Fort Wayne that offers premium foods to the city of Fort Wayne. Being widely known for its fresh salsas and authentic tortillas, we decided to create a NEW concept: Salsa Grille.

With the same commitment to freshness that made George's International Market a local favorite, Salsa Grille maintains high culinary standards. Every day, our team prepares high-quality salsa, pico de gallo, and guacamole, complementing our authentic tortillas made without preservatives. We invite you to savor the variety of our Salsa Bar, where you'll find everything from our popular George's Salsa to unique creations like our Grilled Pineapple and Chipotle Salsa.

The appreciation for our unique combination of freshness and flavor led to an expansion beyond our initial location. Today, you can savor our authentic Mexican cuisine in Fort Wayne at four distinct locations - each one retaining our original ethos. Our first home is in the heart of the city, followed by our second restaurant on the North Side, conveniently off Coldwater Road. Continuing to spread our flavorful journey, we launched our third Salsa Grille location in the thriving Southwest area. Most recently, we opened our fourth restaurant in the bustling Northeast region of Fort Wayne.
